YUM! West, a special fundraising event for YouthFriends, will be 6-9 p.m. April 12 at the Kitchen Showroom of Roth Distributing, 7930 Marshall Drive, Lenexa. Two renowned chefs, Megan and Colby Garrelts, will show you how to transform luncheon fare into chic meals at this delectable tasting and cooking demonstration event … you’ll sample the food fare and the wines they pair with each item and personally visit with the chefs. They will be signing their new cookbook, "Bluestem, the cookbook" and also a book to which they contributed recipes “What Chefs Feed Their Kids."
Individual tickets $75, Patrons $125 (includes cookbook of your choice), and Host Couple $500 (includes autographed cookbook of your choice).
