Take Off Pounds Sensibly or TOPS, a not-for-profit support group, is offering weekly meetings in Bonner Spring on Thursdays at Bonner Springs Baptist Church, 303 S. Bluegrass Dr.
The meetings begin with private weigh-ins at 4 p.m. The group provides weight-loss education, the TOPS Exchange system healthy eating plan, online resources and group support. The cost to participate is $28 annually.
