¢ Discussion on the revised site plan requirements and landscape regulations
Regular meeting - 7 p.m.
¢ Site/Landscape Plan: ST-08-102, "Walgreens", 2.53 acres being platted as Lot 1, Bonner Springs Pointe I. The property is located at 550 S. 129th St.
¢ Site/Landscape Plan: ST-08-103, "EMS &Fire Station Facility", 2.37 acres unplatted property zoned R-1, Single-Family Residential District. The property is located at 13001 Metropolitan Ave.
¢ Zoning Ordinance Amendments: Amend Article V: General Provisions, Section 10: Site Plans, paragraph (5)(3) Site Plan Review Criteria dealing with building design and material usage within all multi-family, office, commercial and industrial zoning districts; and Amending the Zoning Ordinance, Article : Minimum Landscape Requirements dealing with tree species, sizes, planting distances and other general amendments to these regulations within each zoning district. (These items will be forwarded to the Governing Body on Sept. 22, 2008)
