¢ Discussion on the revised site plan requirements and landscape regulations

Regular meeting - 7 p.m.

¢ Site/Landscape Plan: ST-08-102, "Walgreens", 2.53 acres being platted as Lot 1, Bonner Springs Pointe I. The property is located at 550 S. 129th St.

¢ Site/Landscape Plan: ST-08-103, "EMS &Fire Station Facility", 2.37 acres unplatted property zoned R-1, Single-Family Residential District. The property is located at 13001 Metropolitan Ave.

¢ Zoning Ordinance Amendments: Amend Article V: General Provisions, Section 10: Site Plans, paragraph (5)(3) Site Plan Review Criteria dealing with building design and material usage within all multi-family, office, commercial and industrial zoning districts; and Amending the Zoning Ordinance, Article : Minimum Landscape Requirements dealing with tree species, sizes, planting distances and other general amendments to these regulations within each zoning district.
