Library to offer two job-search programs

The Bonner Springs City Library will offer two events in September geared for job seekers. In conjunction with Workforce Partnership, a workforce development agency serving Johnson, Leavenworth and Wyandotte counties, the library will offer a job-search workshop, "10 Things That Will Get You Hired," at 2 p.m., Monday, Sept. 8, and a resume workshop, "Keeping Your Resume Out of the No Pile," 10 a.m., Monday, Sept. 22., at the library, in the lower level of the Community Center, 200 E. Third St.
Both programs require signup by either calling the library at (913) 441-2665 or stopping by.
More classes will be offered in upcoming months based on demand and participants' needs.
