Bonner Springs girls basketball players struggled from the start in a 70-42 loss to Louisburg on Tuesday.

The Wildcats used an impressive low post game of Katelynn O'Hara and Abbie Frazier to open up the lead.
The players were able to hit shots from the inside during the game.

"She did a good job and was our leading scorer in the game," Oakes said.
Stanbrough said it was difficult to get open during the basketball game.
"It was a tough game and they are a good team," she said. "We had trouble scoring. They were a good team and played good defense. I was doing what I could to get open. Half the time we could not get a shot out of it."
The Braves other scorers were Felisha Leipard, 7; Lynsey Ostman, 6; Erica Smith, 6.
On defense, Bonner Springs struggled with Louisburg's size throughout the basketball game.
