On behalf of the Basehor-Linwood Education Foundation, I would like to thank all of the sponsors, participants, and volunteers that made the 5th Annual Education Foundation Golf Tournament at Falcon Lakes Golf Course on Sept. 26 a tremendous success. I would also like to praise the efforts of David Howard and Kaci Brutto, who both went above and beyond the call of duty.

Thanks must also go out to the following: Melanie Morris and her staff from First State Bank & Trust for handling our registration table and our betting hole, Lori Van Fleet for coordinating our putting contest, and Mike Langstradt and his staff at Falcon Lakes.

Thank you to all the sponsors that donated prizes, cash donations and hole sponsorships. Your efforts helped raise almost $9,000 that will go toward providing student scholarships and teaching grants in USD 458. We appreciate your continued support.
