Online chat postponed

An online chat with Leavenworth County Sheriff Dave Zoellner has been postponed.
The chat originally was scheduled for 4 p.m. today, Oct. 15, but technical difficulties with that portion of our web site have postponed the online event.
Check back to our site for updates on new date and time for Zoellner's chat, as well as other candidate chats.
Questions for candidates may be submitted ahead of time, or during the actual chat.

The postal service is cutting back hours at some rural post offices. How often do you go to the post office?
“For my own personal use, I only go a couple times a year to mail gifts, usually around Christmas and family birthdays. At that time I usually buy a couple books of stamps that last for most of the year! For professional use, I go a couple times a month to check our PO Box.”
