Fireworks, soccer highlight 4th of July celebration in Wyandotte County

Those looking for a fireworks display this Fourth of July can come see the Wizards take on the Houston Dynamo at 8 p.m. Saturday, July 4, at CommunityAmerica Ballpark. After the game, they will be celebrating America with a fireworks display, which will also be the official fireworks show of Wyandotte County.
There will be family-friendly activities at the game, such as a dunk tank, face painting, apple bobbing, inflatable games for the kids and much more. The Wizards also have a Family 4 Pack available for the game Saturday night. The 4 pack starts at only $81 and includes four tickets to the game, four hot dogs, four pretzels and a stadium blanket.
