Parks and Rec to screen mystery movie in park

The Bonner Springs Parks and Recreation Department will play host to a movie in the park event Saturday, July 25. The movie will be shown on a 36 foot by 20-foot screen in left field of the first baseball field in Lion’s Park. The movie will begin at dark.
Bring you own blankets and lawn chairs, and concessions will be available for purchase. The movie being shown is rated PG, but the title is being kept secret. The following clues released by the department should help people guess the movie: exciting, animated adventure, “a new hero is unleashed” and his friends are a cat and a hamster.

“For my own personal use, I only go a couple times a year to mail gifts, usually around Christmas and family birthdays. At that time I usually buy a couple books of stamps that last for most of the year! For professional use, I go a couple times a month to check our PO Box.”
