Health department to have drive-thru flu shot clinics

Leavenworth County Health Department is offering two drive-thru seasonal flu clinics to the public. The Leavenworth drive-thru clinic is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 21 at 10th Avenue Park in Leavenworth.
The Tonganoxie drive-thru clinic is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 12 at Tonganoxie Middle School, 812 Washington. Anyone 6 months or older can be vaccinated at either clinic. Children 6 months to 3 years need a doctor’s note. The cost is $20.
