The February Wyandotte County Third Saturday Democratic Breakfast will be Saturday, Feb. 20, at Granny's Chicken Ranch, 1340 Village West Parkway, Kansas City, Kan.

State Sen. David Haley and State Rep. Louis Ruiz will be the speakers.

A buffet is available at 8:15 a.m., and the program begins at 9:15 a.m. Cost for the buffet is $10, which includes tax, service and tip; $7 for students and those with limited income.

All Democrats are welcome to attend. Reservations are requested by Friday, Feb. 19, but not required. To RSVP, e-mail Scott Mackey, or call the county Democratic Party office at (913) 287-2300.

Seventy Democrats attended the January Breakfast to hear Kansas House Democratic Leader Paul Davis, State Sen. Chris Steineger and Kansas Democratic Party Executive Director Kenny Johnston speak. A collection of $150 was raised to donate to the American Red Cross relief effort in Haiti.
