Bravettes take 8th at Top Gun Tourney

A rocky week at the Wellsville Top Gun Tournament concluded with a 55-47 loss to Anderson County during Saturday's seventh-place game at Wellsville High School.
Spring Hill won the tournament with a 56-44 victory against Baldwin in the title game. Piper placed third with a 44-38 victory against Kansas City Christian. St. Marys beat Wellsville in the fifth-place game, 53-30.
The Bravettes conclude the month of January with an 0-6 record — including a heartbreaking 43-41 loss to state power Lansing on Friday — and are now 3-9 overall.
