• Organization of the Board: elect president, vice president, board clerk, board treasurer

• Patrons’ questions and/or viewpoints

• Adoption of the agenda

• Approval of the minutes from the June 18 meeting

• Approval of warrants

• Treasurer and clerk’s report

Old business

• Ratification of the 2012-13 negotiated agreement

New business

• Assign designees for board attorneys, federal funds administration, KPERS representatives, hearing officer for free and reduced lunch, truancy/school attendance officers, federal compliance officer for anti-discrimination laws, suspension and expulsion committee, official depository, official district newspaper, bank signature authorization

• Select 1,116-hour school year for 2012-13

• Adoption of resolution to waive Fixed Asset Requirements

• Approval of participation in federal programs, inclement weather make-up days, state mileage increase, petty cash limits and 2012-13 school fees

• Consideration of home rule authorization

• Appoint board member to Education Foundation

• State required meal price increases
