Task force seeks further input

The Wyandotte Health for All Task Force is inviting county residents to open community meetings to hear their thoughts and opinions on the results of the four community health assessments.

The following three meetings are planned in Kansas City, Kan.:

• 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., May 14,
Children’s Campus,
444 Minnesota Ave.


• 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., May 18,
Wyandotte County Health Department,
619 Ann Ave.

• 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.,
May 30,
Kansas City Kansas Community College,
7250 State Ave. 


WHFA is a partnership of organizations working to promote health equity, led by the Wyandotte County Public Health Department, the University of Kansas, and El Centro. The WHFA Task Force is one of 10 REACH CORE projects across the United States funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
