Bonner middle school inducts first Junior National Honor Society
Clark Middle School has created a National Junior Honor Society and recognized its first inductees, 54 seventh and eighth grade students, on Monday.
CMS is among only 21 middle school chapters in the state. Those selected for the society had to have a minimum 3.8 GPA and then completed an application to determine their citizenship, leadership and community service.
Sarah Andaverde will serve as the group’s sponsor, and the students plan to coordinate with the high school National Honor Society on several projects, including blood drives and a community clean up.
