Private family services for Benita “Bea” L. Mart (Emmitt), 73, of Bonner Springs, are planned.
Mrs. Mart died Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2008, at Shawnee Mission Medical Center in Merriam.
She was born Dec. 15, 1934, in Kansas City, Mo.
Survivors include a sister, Carol Pendergrast, Marianna, Fla.; a son, Tom Welton, Bonner Springs; a daughter Jean M. Ratliff, Manhattan, Kan.; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to Vaughn-Dale Residence Facility sent in care of Tom Welton, 515 N. Nettleton Ave., Apt. 2, Bonner Springs, KS 66012.
