Cora L. Bright 1939 - 2009
Bonner Springs — Services for Cora “Duck” L. Bright, 69, Bonner Springs, will be at 10 a.m, Saturday, Feb. 28, at Alden-Harrington Funeral Home, Bonner Springs. Burial will be in Bonner Springs Cemetery.
Mrs. Bright died Monday, Feb. 23, 2009, at Kansas City Hospice House in Kansas City, Mo.
She was born March 31, 1939, in Macon County, Mo., and was a longtime area resident.
Mrs. Bright was an accomplished artist.
Her husband, Henry Leslie Bright, died in 1989.
Survivors include three children, Danny W. Sparks, Seymor, Tenn.; Robin L. Sparks, Kansas City, Kan., and Susie Robbins, Bonner Springs; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, at the funeral home.
