Memorial services for Rachelle Ann Ficken, 43, Shawnee, were Monday, Oct. 12, at Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee.
Ms. Ficken died Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2009, at Shawnee Mission Medical Center.
Survivors include a son, Dalton Ficken; her mother and stepfather Sandie (Lonnie) White; her father, Roy Roper; a grandmother, Betty Becham; and siblings Shaunna Whitehead, Teresa Wykert and Shannon White.
The family suggests memorials to the Dalton Ficken Education Fund, sent in care of Country Club Bank, 11006 Parallel Parkway, Kansas City, KS 66109.

“For my own personal use, I only go a couple times a year to mail gifts, usually around Christmas and family birthdays. At that time I usually buy a couple books of stamps that last for most of the year! For professional use, I go a couple times a month to check our PO Box.”
