Grace Adeline Butcher 1912 - 2010 Bonner Springs

Graveside services for Grace Adeline Parker Butcher, 98, are pending next week at Lebanon City Cemetery in Lebanon, Mo.
Mrs. Butcher died Sunday, Nov. 28, 2010, in Bonner Springs.
She was born Nov. 13, 1912, in Stoutland, Mo., the daughter of Samuel Neeley and Olive Esther Roberts Parker.
At a young age, she made a profession of faith in Christ and at the time of her death was a member of Rehm’s Park Baptist Church, Bonner Springs. Prior to moving to Kansas, she had been a member of First Baptist Church, Lebanon, Mo.
On Dec. 21, 1938, she married William Henry (Bill) Butcher. He preceded her in death, as did a granddaughter.
Survivors include two daughters, Willa Jean (Herbert) Wood, Kansas City, Kan., and Rita Sue (Richard) Hixson, Bonner Springs; two sisters, Georgia (Clyde) Gideon, Richland, Mo., and Ruth (Lee Joe) Smith, Sonora, Calif.; a stepson, William David (Joyce) Butcher, Springfield, Mo.; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and six stepgrandchildren.
