The winter sports season got under way Monday when high school
teams in the state could officially start practices. Sophomores
Amanda Berry and Lindsey Stanbrough of the Bonner Springs girls`
basketball team used a practice net to go through passing drills
during the Bravettes first practice. The season will tip off for
the Bonner Springs teams on Dec. 1 at Basehor-Linwood.
