Edwardsville Fire Department Open House
The Edwardsville Fire Department provided these photos of its an open house Aug. 18 with about 250 people attending. One of the highlights of the day was the fire safety house, with about 125 children taking a tour. There were also tours of the station, and those who attended were able to learn about equipment used by firefighters and ask questions. The main highlight of the day was a live helicopter landing by Life Flight Eagle air ambulance.
