Family Kickball Night

Hot temperatures made for a small crowd, but a hearty few braved the heat Friday to participate in the Bonner Springs Parks and Recreation Department's first-ever Family Kickball Night at Lions Park. The event took place in celebration of National Parks and Recreation Month this month and also was a precursor to the adult kickball league the city hopes to offer this fall.
