    Sounds like the administration is out of control. It is sad that parents can't get the help they need from the district.

    the apartments and John Bromans statement about the trains. He barked up that tree a few years ago and wanted to spend several hundred thousand dollars. He knew that trains ran through this city when he moved here. Get over it.

    I am hopeful the city will open up the position, take applications and go through a process like any other above board city would do.
